Microsoft's Encarta Encyclopedia, Bookshelf, Virtual Globe. Media, interface, print design and art direction on specific portions of each product, and collectively as the products were brought together into a suite in a major redesign. Worked with editorial, production, development, focus groups and test to ensure the design specs and deadlines were met with the U.S. and international versions. Became lead designer for Bookshelf 2000 and Business Planner, a new product developed by the same team.
